Marketing Manager
Location : Mumbai, India Job PurposeTo plan, manage and drive marketing and business development activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of University Lane's solutions in accordance with agreed business plans.
Key Responsibilities include the following- Planning and implementation of nationwide marketing communication strategy via traditional and online channels
- Development of product line marketing communication tools for University Lane's solutions and services
- Coordination and tracking of media activities nationwide
- Development and coordination of promotional materials and sales tools for associates
- Plan and manage associate events and related logistics
- Develop tracking tools to measure sales generated by promotional spend
Additional Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes and timescales
- Maintain and develop existing and new clients through planned individual account support, responding to sales enquiries and liaising with top management.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations preferred
- MBA or Master's degree in Marketing or related area from top-tier college preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required
- Experience in managing advertising campaigns: Internet, radio, print and outdoor
- Demonstrated working knowledge of online space and education industry preferred
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Superior Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage cross functional relationship
